KB 2454 - Customized Template

ISSUE

User gets one of the following error messages while trying to update routing setting.

Error ID 2454: <templatename> have to be customized before use. Please download, customize, rename and upload.  

 

SOLUTION

ScaleArc allows a user to configure their own logic during failover. The standard script provided by ScaleArc must be downloaded and customized prior to use.
