KB 2401/2402 - Client Connections Terminate

ISSUE

User gets one of the following error messages while trying to update routing setting.

Error ID 2401: This will cause client connections from IP '<clientip>' opened on servers other than '<serverip>' to terminate after the specified timeout (unless those connections issue a reset within that time, in which case they will be seamlessly routed to <serverip>).  Do you want to continue?  To apply settings please send parameter "force_apply":"1" in same curl call.
