KB 2093-2094 - Autofailover Error

ISSUE

User gets one of the following error messages while trying to update autofailover type.

Error ID 2093: Unable to find auto failover type in configuration.

Error ID 2094: Failed to update cluster failover type. Atleast one database should be added in cluster.

 

SOLUTION

 

To enable SQL Mirroring based autofailover at least one database must be added to the cluster which is in mirrored replication on the database server. After adding the database to the cluster, try updating the autofailover type again. If the problem persists please contact ScaleArc customer support at scalearc-support@devgraph.com.
