KB 2068 - Cluster Settings Error

Affected Release 3.0 Document Status BUG Environment ScaleArc 3.0 All Platforms Categories Cluster Settings

 

ISSUE

User gets one of the following error messages while trying to update cluster settings.

 

SOLUTION

 

This is an internal error and implies that the cluster settings page out of sync with the UI. Please try refreshing the UI page and try the operation again. If the problem persists please contact ScaleArc customer support at scalearc-support@devgraph.com.
