ISSUE |
User gets the following error message while trying to make a configuration change:
Error ID 2341: Update operation is not supported for read-only users. |
SOLUTION |
The user needs to be granted permissions to perform configuration changes in iDB. To change user permissions, the administrator must navigate to the User Management settings page in iDB and deselect the 'read-only' check box for the user.
