ISSUE |
User is trying configure IP address from the Network Settings page and gets the following error message.
Error ID 2029: Failed to create IP. Interface eth0 is not connected. |
SOLUTION |
This error appears when the interface on which the user is trying to create the IP address is down or not connected. Please contact your system/network administrator to log into the ScaleArc console and check the status of the network interfaces. If the problem persists please contact ScaleArc customer support at scalearc-support@devgraph.com.
