Overview

You are planning to upgrade to the latest release through an OVA image install for release 2021.1 or later but cannot find the OVA image in the Release Portal for download.

Information

OVA images have been deprecated in favor of the standard ISO image installation.

To install ScaleArc versions newer than release 2020.9, download the ISO image that is available from the Release Portal.

In general, the OVA images provided for the older releases should be used for dev/staging environments while the ISO image install should always be done for production environments.
